Lots and Home Plans

Phase I homes will range from approximately 600 to 1300 square feet, some with attached 'mother-in-law' units. Phase II homes will range from approximately 1400 square feet to 2600 square feet and will include attached garages. There will be some duplexes available in phase II as well. Sixteen lots have been reserved as of November 15, 2009.
