Verde Village is located in the north end of Ashland, Oregon. The project is bordered by Ashland Creek on the east, Nevada Street on the south, the City of Ashland Dog Park on the north, and by neighbors living on Voris Street on the west. The project will be approximately ten acres in size when completed. The affordable housing portion (Rice Park) will be an additional acre.
A public multi-use path with riparian area will be created along Ashland Creek. This path with connect with the Bear Creek Greenway, which adjoins Verde Village and runs along Bear Creek to Central Point, Oregon.
