Verde Village

Greg and Valri Williams

Greg Williams is a full time manager for the Verde Village project. He has been a principal in Ashland Flower Shop and Greenhouses since 1978. Ideas for the project stemmed from the home that he and Valri built in 1978. This home was built with energy saving features that were uncommon for the area at the time, like slab on grade floor and extra layers of exterior insulation. Greg’s college education includes environmental biology and he served 5 1/2 years on the Ashland City Council. Greg’s knowledge of working with City of Ashland staff and his experience running a business with up to 45 employees makes him a great asset to this project.

Valri Williams will be working full time maintaining the financial records and managing the project. She has a BA in business with emphasis in Accounting from Southern Oregon University, and is a Certified Public Accountant. After working in public accounting for 4 years she worked in the family business, Ashland Greenhouses, until it was sold.

John and Leo Zupan

John and Leo Zupan will be very involved in the marketing sales aspects of Verde Village. Leo Zupan has been selling real estate since 1962 and became a principal of Van Vleet Real Estate in 1964. John Zupan started selling real estate in 1972 and joined the firm in 1974. Windermere Van Vleet Real Estate (as it is now known) has offices in both Medford and Ashland. Both Leo and John Zupan are respected in their profession, having served in many professional organizations. John's and Leo's knowledge of the local real estate market is a great asset to this project.
