Rice Park - Affordable Housing
As part of the Verde Village plan, 1.37 acres of land was donated to the Rogue Valley Community Development Corporation (RVCDC) for Rice Park. The RVCDC homeowners built 15 homes which incorporate almost all the energy efficient construction practices that are in the plans for the Verde Village homes. All Rice Park homes comply with City of Ashland affordable housing criteria.
